Graphs Tell the Story Better

The headline tells one side of the story. It actually sounds good.

But the following graph (which presents the corruption index of a country relative to each other, most corrupt are on top while the least corrupt are at the bottom) tells the complete story. There is nothing to rejoice about the Philippines' (shown in red) corruption index.
